Visit in My Account to check the order status and track your shipment.

2) How do I place my first order?
Placing an order with hotbaku.com is easy; you can register for an account or check out as a guest. All orders must be placed online; we cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any questions, please contact us.

1. Find the Items You Want
First, you need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of the hotbaku.com website. You will also find drop-down menus and detailed product categories on the left- hand side of our homepage. When you find an item that interests you, click the name of the item to open the product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item. If you don't find the product that you're looking for on hotbaku.com, please contact us.

2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from hotbaku.com, click the "Add to Cart" to add products to shopping cart ,then you still can click "Continue Shopping" to choose more products,You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the button located in the top right-hand corner of our website.
Note: No minimum order required on our website.

3. Shipping Method
hotbaku.com offers many express delivery services, such as DHL, TNT, FEDEX, EMS, AREMEX and so on.

4. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all the items you've added to your Shopping Cart. If you would like to remove an item, click the "Remove" button next to the product title. The item will then be removed from your Shopping Cart. If you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please contact us.

5. Sign In/Create a New Account
You can create a new account or check out as a guest. If you choose to check out as a guest, you will not be able to inquire on the status of your order. We recommend to register in order to earn points for your purchase, which can be applied to future orders. Additionally, you can check order status on your account in anytime.

6. Check Out and Payment Information
hotbaku.com accepts payment via PayPal. You can choose "PayPal" to pay for your order using your PayPal account information. If you haven't yet registered for PayPal, please create an account according to the instructions on the PayPal website. It is easy to start a PayPal account. If you have any questions, you can contact PayPal Customer Service by visiting their website at http://www.paypal.com, and please send us the receipt by Email when u finished to pay.

7. Review Shipping Address and Pay for Your Order
Please double check your shipping address and make any necessary changes if it is different from your billing address. A customer service representative will confirm an abnormal address with you prior to shipping.
Note: hotbaku.com will arrange shipment within 48 hours of the payment time.

8. Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review or change an unpaid order, we recommend that you delete the current order and place a new one. Login and click My orders ,then click edit ,your unpaid order will be canceled and the products will go to your cart
Then you can edit your order! Orders placed as a guest will not be able to check the order status. If you have any questions, please contact us.

6) What is hotbaku.com's refund policy?
hotbaku.com allows most products to be returned for a refund within 3 days of the delivery date. You can refer to the Product Warranty section for additional information. We'll refund your payment upon receiving the item picture.

7) Can I change my order once it has been processed?
Generally, orders can be changed before they have been paied. However, If the order is in processing, we cannot make any changes.

8) I want to add items to my order, what should I do?
If you have not yet checked out, you can items to your cart at anytime while shopping. If you have clicked "Proceed to checkout" but still have not made a payment, you can go to "My Account", "MY orders" click "edit", your order status will be "delete" , and these item will be on cart again, then you can add more items.
If your order has been paid and processed you cannot add items, but you can place a new order for the additional items.

9) I have paid, why is the order status still unpaid?
If you choose paypal,Since the PayPal server occasionally experiences delays, please wait 2-4 hours and check it again. If it still shows "unpaid" please provide your e-mail address and order ID number, we'll resolve the problem. If you choose bank TT, it take about 2-6days.

10) Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
If the order payment status is "unpaid", you can delete the order at any time.
If the order has been paid and the shipment status is "processing" or "delivering", we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

11) What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, please check your order list to make sure whether the item was sent, as some items are out of stock. If the order list did not show out of stock, but you're still missing an item, please take a photo of the packing label then weight your package and contact us via Email (hotbakusale@yahoo.co.jp) to resolve the issue.


12) What should I know before ordering?
When ordering products from hotbaku.com, please be aware that product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards, and the adapters and other standards may not be correct for your country.


13) Can I review, change or cancel my order?
You can review your order list anytime in My Account after signing in on hotbaku.com.
If an order status is "Unpaid", you can remove or change it as you wish.
If the order status is "processing", you can not change it.
Once the products are shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
