To ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase, we offers returns and exchange policy. 
All return must be shipped within 7 days of the shipment being delivered.

Can I return and exchange items?

1.If the product has not been used, you can ship it back for refund or exchange
We only accept the product in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged !

Only after we make sure the iterms are in new condotion and was not been used. we can refund or exchange for you.

If you have any problems with your order, please contact with us, we will give you reasonable suggestions,and let you satisfaction.

Please contact us to confirm the return address and ship it back to us. 
We will do refund or exchange for u after we received the returning item which is in original condition.
The shipping charge for return of the item(s) will not be refunded.

2: Friendly Notice for shipping back:
We are not responsible for tariffs of the items which was returned, so we suggest that:
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet.
When you shipp the product please write" bag sample" on the  express INVOICE ,and write  $10
In this way, we maybe avoid the china customs tariff

3. We do not accept the custom orders return.
Please use USPS express service and send us the tracking number.

Before you ship the product back to us, pls make sure they are new and in the original condition.
After we received the items(reship) and make sure all of the item is ok, we will repair,refund or exchange them ASAP as your request.
If  the product was damaged, very sorry, we do not accept the return or exchange
We will not do refund until we get the product and be sure the item is new.
